I cannot access my WordPress Website

My WordPress Website is a dedicated Premium Theme website scskillmandotcom which I opened in 2010. Now I cannot access it through Microsoft Edge or Google which I have accessed it through before. I post weekly. I am unable to get onto my own website (the hosting fee for which I pay every year) in order to publish a blog post. I get a screen treating me as if I am a totally new person wanting to set up a website/blog from scratch. Please help.

I’m able to open your site and it’s working fine from my side through Google chrome and safari. I request you try with any other device or delete all cache from your current browser. If still, you face any issue then let us know :).

How do I take advantage of live chat? I cannot gain access to WordPress. I am treated as a new user. I clicked on the link you gave above and it still gave me no access to my blog and treated me as if I need to create a new website. In the past I have always been able to get into my website to post new content, by typing wordpress.com into Microsoft Edge or Google chrome. Please help.

Don’t just click on the link above and expect to reach your site. Log out of the sheilarobinson1414 account and log back in with your username scskillman and your correct password into the appropriate boxes. When you’re logged back in to the account that owns the upgrade you’ll be able to reach Livechat support.
