I cannot access my wordpress website although it is already in public visibility

    I can access my wordpress website from my network at my home. But when i want to access my wordpress website from my friends pc, i cannot access it. This is the link of my personal wordpress site https://iamwasim.wordpress.com/ Please help me. My site is already in public. All the content of my website is public(visibility). But what the reason behind this? In my pc i can see my website as well as all post. But when i want to access it from my university or my friends home then i can not access it. It show me error. Please Help me. Thanks.
