I cannot access my WP website
-
I have been trying to access the website I built using WP. However, it constantly says that I have the wrong password or username, even though I am inputting the correct one. I was able to get into my WP account, however I am unable to access the site editor because it keeps saying to ‘check my Primary Site’s Jetpack connection.’ What can I do?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi, I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.
Would you please share the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
Once we know that, we should be able to help or at least direct you to the folks who can.

Ah, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com; it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
So, you’ll log in to it through https://qelelao.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
And if you don’t recall the password to log in to the site there, they have some options for you at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
