I cannot access or recover my site

    I am a complete novice and had the site created by someone on Fiverr.com. Did not keep up nor understand the WordPress updates and now my site appears to be messed up and I am trying to get it fixed. Need help ASAP!

    I don’t see any sites in the account you used to post here. Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re working on?

    Once we know that, we should be able to help with this or at least direct you to the folks who can.
