I cannot access site

I have an email dated Jun 27, 2017 with username victorcarrington. But when i use the link http://www.victorcarrington.com/wp-login.php I get 404 error. Your help page: https://wordpress.com/support/not-found/ does not describe my case. I think the page is somehow offline or hidden.
Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
