I cannot access site plan to cancel the subscription renewal. I no longer utilize this platform.

    I no longer utilize the site. I tried several times utilizing the self help instructions to cancel the subscription and have been unsuccessful. When I log into the site it reads I have a free account, but my credit card was charged $300 for a business account that no longer active. Please help.

    It sounds like the Business plan was purchased from another account of yours (using a different email address).

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
