I cannot access the backdoor
-
When I try to go through the backdoor of my website, it does not seem to open. The page does not load in at all. I get an error message, saying the page is not working right now. My network works just fine. Is there a fix for this issue?

Hi,
What happens when you go to:
https://klaudskate.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Do you get an error message of any kind?

well, the website is https://fibroidfoundationafrica.org/wp-admin/
It tells me that “the page isn’t working right now. fibroidfoundationafrica.org can’t currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500” -
Hi there,
I checked the site and unfortunately, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.
The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help. I hope this points you in the right direction.
Here is information on addressing the HTTP 500 error you are receiving:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Hope this helps.
