I cannot access the wp-admin dashboard

  I changed the url into http –> https, and I changed the url again into https –> http in local but now it is very hard to access the database in local.

  

  After doing this I cannot access the wp-admin page by using domain like http://www.google.com/admin.

  FTP and SSH is not working now….

  What should I do?
