I cannot access this site

    I need help. The lady who looked after the site is no longer working with us since the pandemic. I am not very computer literate and have never had to access the site until now.
    again since the pandemic. she left me a login but it does not work

    Hello there,

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    However, Your login page can be found here: https://thegoldsmithy.com/wp-login.php

    In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link. 

    In addition, you might want to consider posting your question at WordPress.org’s support forum, where people are familiar with such problems and can help you in a more efficient manner: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
