  hello
  after trying my best to go renew PHP
  I have no idea what I did wrong,
  it is aloso not connecting and not finding the site from the server bluehost
  please help thank you

  The site whodecidesinc.org appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.
