I cannot access URL

  I created a host account with namesco and downloaded wordpress. The admin url ended with .co.uk /wp/wp-admin/ ….. after completing the website I went into GENERAL SETTINGS and changed the url address from .co.uk/wp to .co.uk…………..since doing this I cannot access wordpress to access my content…………..my hosting provider says they cannot help with this …what do I do to get back to my content….
