I Cannot Access WP-ADMIN for redcedarsangha.wordpress.com, can you help me?

I worked all weekend on a site using the admin on this same computer and suddenly, Sunday evening, I lost the admin toolbar and admin area and each time I try the URL (https://redcedarsangha.wordpress.com/wp-admin/, which worked all weekend) the URL redirects to the foolproof bubblegum version which looks just as pretty but doesn’t do much else (http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/56845498/posts) :) I also cannot access the admin toolbar in any of my other sites:

I have the same issue via Google Chrome from the UK on jlmbt.wordpress.com/wp-admin which redirects to http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/56587131/posts. I therefore cannot access my dashboard. I can access my dashboard using Safari from the same computer however. I too cleared my Chrome cache. See also https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/missing-dashboard-2?replies=2#post-1408683
