I cannot acess my blog to edit it.

  I cannot edit my previous blog. I get the following error ” Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested You are logged in as “**** and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Software Internationalization”. If you are not “****”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “*****” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.   How many username accounts do you have?
  Which one registered the blog in question?

  To be clear about this you must log out, clear your cache and cookies, and log in again under the exact same username account that registered the blog.

  Hi, No I am afraid that is not it. I have associated a domain http://www.softwareinternationalization.com which I purchased through WordPress. The link to this domain seems to have been lost somehow.

  Any ideas?

  To be clear about this you must log out, clear your cache and cookies, and log in again under the exact same username account that registered the blog. The error message appears to be telling you which account to log in under. I tagged this thread for Staff help.

  shamusd has never been a user on http://softwareinternationalization.com/

  You’ll need to be logged in with the correct account to access it.

  Thanks for coming back to me on this.

  Yes, shamusd should be the admin on http://softwareinternationalization.com/. I opened this account at the same time as softwareinternationalization.wordpress.com. I am pretty sure this access information is correct. If not can you help further?

  I can understand that maybe you thought it is was, but shamusd was never a user on http://softwareinternationalization.com/

  A different account was registered for that blog. http://softwareinternationalization.wordpress.com/ and http://softwareinternationalization.com/ are under two entirely separate accounts.

  Not directly, because shamusd is not the user on http://softwareinternationalization.com/

  Have you tried logging in to the account that was registered (I assume by you, but have no proof) for http://softwareinternationalization.com/ ?

  If I go into my account settings for shamusd I can see:
  Primary Blog http://softwareinternationalization.wordpress.com and web address http://softwareinternationalization.com

  Right, you manually entered that yourself, you could enter google.com there if you wanted to, it doesn’t mean that shamusd is a user with access to http://softwareinternationalization.com/

  You’ll need to be logged in as the user who owns http://softwareinternationalization.com/ to access it. That user is not, and has never been, shamusd.

  Hi,

  I want to get a situation whereby I cannot get back into my blog resolved and have no interest in manually changing any setting myself. I am telling you what I saw when I accessed my user details.

  My email address, the email address that shamusd is registered to is clearly visible in the ‘About this blog’ section of http://www.softwareinternationalization.com.
  I am sorry if somehow I have messed some setting up, but it would be great if you could finally help me regain access to my blog?
