  You can launch your site from Settings ->General in the dashboard:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site

  If that’s not working, can you tell us the exact error you’re getting when you try doing that?

  Hi,

  I still can’t activate the page. When I do as you say. After clicking, it takes me to a page where I can choose a domain name.

  It should take me to a page where I can choose a paid or free plan.
