I cannot active free desing templates

  Hi!
  I have trouble with changing my theme! I have tried almost every day for a week to apply ‘Shawburn’ template, which is free – but whenever I click on activating the design It says I cannot and I should contact Support. Can you please help me out so I can use the free website templates?
