I cannot add a mobile popover.

Hi, I am trying to add an Amazon mobile popover to my WordPress website hosted by bluehost. I tried exactly what the instructions say by copy and pasting the code to the theme editor under the footer tab, before the tag. It doesn’t seem to be working. Could someone please help me?
