I cannot add a valid credit card to my Manage Purchases Profile

  In my WordPress.com profile I am correctly entering a valid credit card in the ‘Manage Purchases’ section. Yet I keep getting the error message: ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’ I need this credit card to stick so I can buy postage through WooCommerce Services.

  Following – I am having the same issue. I tried contacting someone but its been at least 24 hours and haven’t heard from them.
