I cannot add a valid credit card to my Manage Purchases Profile

    In my WordPress.com profile I am correctly entering a valid credit card in the ‘Manage Purchases’ section. Yet I keep getting the error message: ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’ I need this credit card to stick so I can buy postage through WooCommerce Services.
    Since i switched to woocommerce/wordpress over two weeks ago, i have not been able to fulfill any customer order as I cannot pay for shipping label. Now i stand a chance of losing all the sales as my customers have started demanding for refund

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any payment intents under your account so I’m not really able to advise but sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases.
    Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
