I cannot add a 'visit (name of blog) for more' link on my posts

  Hi,
  I have noticed several blogs across WordPress have a ‘visit (name of blog) for more’ link at the bottom of the previews of their posts in the reader. I was wondering, how do you do that?
  I have tried adding a ‘read more’ to my posts, but it does not produce the same results.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
