i cannot add a website using my domain

  I can’t get to the “all sites” link, and the option to add a new site doesn’t give me a chance to use the domain I purchased. In short, I purchased the domain aviaenvironmental.com and WordPress is behaving as though it doesn’t exist. I want to add a site in addition to the blog I have.
