I cannot add my post to the home page and categorize it at another page

  Hi,

  I’ve downloaded some widgets on categorize post but I can’t add the post to my home page and at another page. I also want to have a pop up on my page when readers come to my page. I have the pop up code which are given by widgets but I don’t know where to put the code..? I’ve read the forum but I still don’t understand. Please help me, thank you!
