I cannot cancel my site.

    I am trying to cancel my site. When I click delete site, it says I can’t because I have upgrades. When I go to these upgrades, which is a custom domain, that I don’t remember even purchasing, and certainly don’t use, there isn’t a cancel button. I did cancel the auto-renewal, but it still doesn’t let me delete my site. My primary domain is still a wordpress.com. I tried going through this process more than 50 times, and it still says I have upgrades, and I DO NOT HAVE UPGRADES. I can’t get help, there is no one to contact, please delete my site!!!
