I cannot cancel my subscription and couldnt get a hold of support

    WordPress is extremely disappointing. I went online to try a free trial and gave them my credit information on Sunday. I figured out that I indeed didnt need the subscription I paid for. I went on their site to find a support number to call to get a refund and support was down until today! Then I finally get to the site after 4 days of waiting to find no number, no way to contact wordpress, no way of getting refunded the money I was charged for a site I won’t use. I will continue to tweet, blog, post, write, until someone sends me a number with which I CAN GET A REFUND! Worst customer service ever! If you need a site, use one that actually works with you!
