I cannot cancle the upgrade!!!

  I tried to cancle my upgrade for a dozon of times but it is not working.
  I have no idea what to do, can anyone help me to cancle my domain along with my upgrade package?

  What do you see at

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades?
  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History?

  What upgrades are you showing?

  Billing history showed charging “WordPress.com” for 0 dollar
  However there is the” about to pay fee” at the second sidebar saying I am going to pay for the premium for $99
