  I cannot change any Settings Page. It’s always shown ‘There was an error retrieving purchases.’ and ‘There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again.’

  I decide to delete this site and want to create new but
  ‘Delete your site permanently’ tab cannot found in page.

  The problem site is ‘gwangraindear.wordpress.com’

  Please Help.
