I cannot change my email address

Add topic to favorites
I am trying to change the email address of my wordpress account but it wouldn’t update and says there’s been an error. The email is not in use anywhere else on wordpress, so this does not seem to be the issue.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you still having this problem? I’m showing your email address was verified the same day you started this thread, but I’m not sure which came first.

If you are still having trouble, please post the current email address connected to the account as well as the one you are trying to switch to here. Only you and WordPress.com staff will be able to see the actual addresses. everyone else will see [email redacted]

Hi! Thanks, it turned out the email address had been used before, so I had to unlink it from the previous account and link to the new one… Consider the issue resolved and thanks for assistance!
