I cannot change my email address

  I have tried to update my email on my profile several times over different days, I get the same message:

  There was a problem saving your changes.

  It seems others have had the email they wished to use linked to another profile, if that is the case in my situation, I do not recall another profile, nor do I wish to keep one linked to the new email active.

  Any suggestions?
