I cannot change my email address for my account

  I was attempting to update my email from and I put in the new address and I get the verification email in the new address but when I click that link it takes me to the login page and when I login with my username it says it sent me an email confirmation but it continues to send to the original email address and not the new one I’m attempting to update it to so it will not update. I tried several times, but it continues to do the same thing over and over.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Can you confirm you’re trying to change the address listed here?

  And, when you change the email address, are you able to check the email from the same computer where you’re currently logged in? It kinda sounds like you’re getting logged out and having to log back in.

  Lastly, can you let us know what address you’re trying to change to? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view, but staff will be able to see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
