I cannot change the header image on my twentyten site
-
Hi, I’ve followed the instructions on your tutorial to the letter. No matter whether I choose a custom image or one of the images you offer, every time I try to select and save a new image the header remains the same – unchanged.
How do I change it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Try clearing your browser’s cache and try again. Here’s how to do it:

Hi, thanks
I cleared my browser from “the beginning of time” and tried again, but it didnt work. The image remains the same no matter what I try to do to replace it.
Please adivse. -
Have you tried a different browser?
I also recommend logging-out/logging-in from your WordPress.com account and try again. -
Hi, yes, I’ve tried Chrome and Firefox, I’ve tried logging in and out (repeatedly) and I’ve tried clearing my bworser.
Nothing works. -
Switch to another theme and then switch back to your current theme (Twenty Ten). See if this switching fixes the problem.

Hi, no, that didnt fix the prblem.
I switched to Shoreditch. In Shoreditch I was able to add a new image, but it appeared above the old image, instead of overriding the old image.
So I switched back to Twentyten and tried again with a new image. Still the same image. Can’t change it.
I can provide a screenshot showing the new image as my “current image”, “saved”, but yet not featured as the actual header!! But I can’t seem to paste the image onto this message. Is there any way to add a screenshot here? -
Some screenshots will be helpful. Here’s how to take a screenshot and upload it:

Hi thanks I do know how to take a screenshot!
I have one ready to attach.
My problem is I can’t see any way of attaching it to this message? -
Done it.
I had to turn off the featured image on each page.
My chosen header image is now displaying. -
