I cannot change the NameServer of one domain

    I have same domains managed by WordPress, I need to make them point to Bluehost so I can host my own content and use personalised emails, I have already done it with my main domain and everything was ok, but now I am trying to point the NameServer of one my domains and it is not possible, when I go to https://wordpress.com/my-domains/ and I click on Edit in the domain, there are just two options: Email and DNS, I added a new A DNS record pointing to BlueHost and I was able to install WordPress that way, however I am not able to set up my personalised email and my Gmail account. Bluehost support team tells me I should point the NS to them in order to make the email work.

    Hi Lexi,

    Are you trying to change the domain sacred-souls.org? That domain is mapped to your WordPress.com site, but the domain itself isn’t registered here. Only your domain registrar (where you registered the domain) can change your domain’s name servers, so you’ll need to contact them to make that change.

    You can find the public information about your domain sacred-souls.org here:

    http://whois.domaintools.com/sacred-souls.org

    Based on that, it looks like you registered that domain with Crazy Domains. You can follow their guide to update your name servers with them:
