How do I change my blog's URL?

  trying to follow these instructions:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
  It says “Go to My Blogs in your dashboard and move your mouse over the address you wish to change. You will see that a Change Blog Address option appears. ” That option does not appear.

  Can you check that this is the page you’re seeing?

  http://tentcitybazaar.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

  If it is and you can’t see the option when hovering over the blog’s name, could you check if it might be a browser issue?

  That is the page I’m looking at. Just upgraded to newest Firefox, same thing. It gives me the option to “Leave Blog”, but no other options are given.

  What is the URL of the blog that you’re trying to change the address of?

  Are you registered owner of this blog, or just a user on it?

  As far as I know, I’m a registered owner — I can change the name of the blog, and the theme, and all other content. However, I share ownership with other users — is there some sort of super-admin that supersedes even my abilities?

  You’re and admin on the blog, but not the registered owner. Ownership belongs to br[…]ex and only that user can change the blog’s address.
