I cannot change theme

  My blog krankkulassa:
  It says that the theme has bee updated from misty look to misty lake and I should change the theme. But appearance “button” is missing so I cannot change the theme. There are also other “buttons” missing and I have difficulties to maintain this blog. Could you help me?

  To access Appearance > Themes you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog.
