I cannot close my account! :(

  I am trying to close the account and it will not let me. It’s telling me to contact support and I have no idea how. No phone numbers. No chat. Nothing. Not. Happy.

  Hi there,

  You cannot close your account because you still have a premium theme connected to it. I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
