I cannot confirm named servers

  Hello – I am trying to build a website on bluehost, but I need to manage the domain here, because wordpress.com is the registrar. I can’t seem to find how to manage my domain to ensure the name servers are correct.

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve reviewed the instructions however when I log into WordPress I DO NOT SEE an option to manage my Domains.

  I also do not see a my renewed domain purchase on Feb. 9, 2022 in the Purchases area.

  Please advise.

  Then perhaps you purchased your domain under a different WordPress.com account to the one you are currently using. What is the URL in question?

  I do not currently have a website. I want to use the domain on a different hosting account. I need to access the domain area so I can change the nameservers.

  I purchased the domain renewal by using (email visible only to moderators and staff). Access to the domain is not there.

  What is the domain itself so we can look it up that way? Since your email address is not helping us find it, giving us the domain URL itself seems like the best way to locate it in our system, thanks!
