I cannot contact WordPress.com
-
I cannot contact WordPress.com, I wanted to talk to administrator or someone of that sort to resolve multiple issues in regard to HTML. I’ve done a lot of research and the answers I found were Inadequate or simply not there. Why I wouldn’t be able to contact WordPress by means of e-mail or telephone is just as acceptable.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only way to directly contact staff is to have a certain paid level of support. You have zero forum queries, and the vast majority of tech issues are resoved via forum queries. I suggest you make one.

I cannot get onto my admin page. I was making some changes when my computer froze. Now I can’t get on and my website is down. Can someone help. How much is it for support?

I can’t seem to work out how to get email notifications when someone posts a comment on the blog I have created. What am I doing wrong? I don’t think my blog is active or something, and apparently there is no technical support – go figure

The good news is that you don’t need Staff help for this at all. Go to the support documentation at http://en.support.wordpress.com and type discussion settings into the search box.
Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
E-mail me whenever
_ Anyone posts a comment
_ A comment is held for moderation
_ Someone likes one of my posts
_ Someone reblogs one of my posts
_Someone follows my blog
“save changes”.
