I cannot crop an header. what should I do?

  I cannot crop my header. The lines do not appear. I have never had this problem before is there a fact with WordPress currently?

  I never use the cropper here at all. I either use desktop image editors http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/image-optimization/#image-editing-software or free online image editors. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2009/11/28/ten-free-online-image-compression-and-optimzation-programs/ Would you like to try that and then upload the header?
