I cannot customize after paying for it

  I paid to customize my wordpress site but after paying the $30.00 to change the font, etc., however I am unable to do so. Please advise as to why. here is the site. http://thesparrowsings.wordpress.com/

  I also did not receive an email upon purchase of this.

  It looks like you purchased the Custom Design upgrade for your WordPress.com site kybellarose.wordpress.com.

  You can transfer the upgrade using the following directions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades

  Please note that upgrades are only applied to one blog at a time. Transferring your Custom Design upgrade will not make it available on both blogs.

  thanks for the reply back. Do we know if the upgrade was actually for that blog? :) also, I purchased the X Ultimate WordPress theme and I cannot get that installed correctly. Could anyone please help me with this?

  Can you clarify what you mean? The Custom Design upgrade that you purchased is currently on your WordPress.com site kybellarose.wordpress.com.

  Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

  Thank you. I do see that I can customize that kybellarose.wordpress.com. I am a little dense, LOL, but trainable! :)

  So you are telling me that this X ultimate wordpress theme I purchased from Envato is basically a waste of money? good lord. :( I thought I could upload it for one of my WordPress sites. ugh.

  Here at WordPress.com, we provide free hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog.

  WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

  In order to have a WordPress.org site, you will need to find a host, where you will install the WordPress.org software. You can find a list of suggested hosts here:

  you know I tried to upload that theme in this kybellarose.wordpress.com site unfortunately I have some gunk in here I can’t get rid of…I don’t know how to get it out…ugh! I have certainly made a mess of things. and yes, I would love help with that theme on wordpress.org once I have time to get it started. :) You’re very sweet and helpful, thank you.

  I have duplicate entries for Pages on this blog. kybellarose.wordpress.com can you please help fix this? thanks. Team and pricing pages need to come totally out. :)
