I cannot customize my site

As I click on the ‘Customize’ button, a window appears saying that my ‘session expired’ and asks me to log in again, I do that and a new window appears saying ‘You have succesfully logged in’ but it refresh and the past window with the ‘expired session’ appears again. What can i do? I cannot customize my site and I’m losing site traffic.

This sounds like a browser-based issue.
Often times, you can resolve such issues by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
