I cannot customize my site and the black left side menu no longer works!

    I login and go to this link. My black link bar comes up on the left. However, none of the items (media, settings, etc.) do anything. I try to do something or click on media library and it takes me to the front page of my website. I click store, it takes me to the front page of my website. Its like a cannot admin the site at all. I need an email about this problem. Plus, how do i TALK TO SOMEBODY!!!!!! You have no phone numbers or chat support!!!!!! If i cannot talk to somone to get help once i have exhausted all options then you service is of no use to me. Please send me a phone number to talk to someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please fix these problems or refund me my money!!!!!!!!

    WordPress.com does not have phone support. However, we help thousands of users a day through the support forums and via email. So I am sure that I can help you as well!

    First thing to check, does this happen if you use a different browser? Second thing to check, does it happen if you log in via a different computer?
