Hi, I’ve had the Creator plan for some time and before I was able to connect with WordPress support through the chat, which for some reason has not been possible now. Starting to lose hope, since there is no one who could help me out with this. I don’t even know where to turn to.

I activated the Jetpack CRM plugin and my site crashed. Can access the dashboard but cant deactivate them and the backup doesn’t go through, it kicks me out before completing it. I have tried to access the plugin files manually, but it seems to be quite overwhelming, I’m not familiar with any of the terminology or programs. How could I delete the plugin or even deactivate it ?

    Thank you.

    -Sonya
