I cannot delete my site

I try going to tools, delete… but then I get this message. HELP!! I also can’t get anyone at WP to email me back about this issue.
“Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.
If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager”The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot delete a site as long as a domain registration is linked to that account because you would need access to the account to access the domain manager. You have a few options moving forward:
- Make it private so that other users won’t be able to visit the site. You’ll still be able to access the Dashboard to get to the domain manager.
- Transfer the domain to another WordPress.com site on your account by going to Store → My Upgrades, and clicking the “Transfer to Another Site” link. You’ll then be able to manage the domain through that site’s dashboard.
- Transfer the domain to another user

Alternatively, if you no longer want the domain, I can remove it from your account and return it to the registrar. Please note, once a domain is returned to the registrar it may or may not become available again for purchase. If you think you want the domain again in the future, I would advise against this option.
