I cannot delete self hosted site & wordpress blog

  HELLO COMMUNITY,

  I need a little help here. Thanks in advance.

  Problem #1

  I used to have a self hosted site named cooldezine.com, I shut it down a long time ago. Now it looks like someone had created a phishing site with the address. I want it gone and disconnected from my WordPress.com sites list. But no matter what I do, I disconnect it then refresh the page, and it is still there. Help?

  Problem #2

  I also have a very old WordPress.com blog (beautifullifepoetry.wordpress.com) that I want gone from my sites list. I set it up in 2011. But I never use it. I am not provided with delete button to get rid of it. What should I do?
