I cannot edit my content

    Hello, I have a wordpress based webpage and would like to edit some content in a column(I literally just want to correct a grammatical error and a language to the bio on a page). I have accessed the ‘edit page, but when click on the gear button above a column nothing happens, except that a bubble circle ‘loading’ box appears and remains encircling without ever stopping or loading anything.

    Could you please confirm the address of the site you’re working on?

    Hi,

    the website is farohidehlaw.com; I cleared the browser cache, no change. I open WP-admin, go to all pages, select the page I want to edit and select edit. It shows me the main block, and several “cs page builder” elements, which include images and flex columns. I want to access one flex column to merely edit text ( a grammatical correction and to add a few words). Nothing happens when I hit the settings gear over the flex column, except a circle of bubbles spins endlessly (4 hours and counting)…I have called my hosting service, they told me to call word press, I called word press, they sent me to this forum, which i have found to be of very little help. Any advice is appreciated. Youtube videos show people simply editing their pages easily by selecting edit and then the page appears in an editable form…I have tried every youtube solution to no avail.. thank you in advance.

    It looks like farohidehlaw.com is a self-hosted WordPress site with GoDaddy, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
