I cannot edit my domain

  When I try to customize kaybeeco.com it defaults to kaybeecodotcom.com, why?? so frustrating. I just want to edit kaybeeco.com and delete kaybeecodotcom.com alltogether, I didn’t create that site.

  Hi Brianna,

  I think there’s a bit of confusion here about your WordPress.com site (kaybeecodotcom.wordpress.com) and its custom domain name (kaybeeco.com).

  Adding a custom domain upgrades your WordPress.com site, so your visitors only see kaybeeco.com in their address bars. However, the WordPress.com site needs to exist because that is where all your content is stored.

  Thank you! Are always so helpful! Ultimately I’m trying to upload my own theme to kaybeeco and all of the tutorials say to just kick the add new button buy I never get the add new button. I feel like I’m spending so much money just to see that damn add Jew button! Lol

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
