I cannot edit my site. It is blocked

    Hi I am trying to update my WordPress site. https://laurendelsack.wordpress.com/about/

    When I choose edit it brings up a page like a blue page I’ve already sent screenshots 1000 times to you people. I need to communicate by email. Now I am completely fed up I am completely fed up why I cannot edit the page
    Please help me

    Hi there!

    It looks like you have already chatted with the WordPress.com experts; from your conversation there, I understand that you’re trying to edit your site using a browser on your mobile and, every time you’re trying to edit a post, you see a “Welcome to your website” page. You should be able to dismiss it. Are you able to scroll to the bottom and close this tab?
    If not, does tapping outside of the tab make any difference?
