I cannot edit with my theme website

    Im using Elementor themes for my website. Im having a terrible time EDITING with ELEMENTOR….Most time when I click EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR it goes to a BLANK WHITE page. I also cannot get in to LIVE CHAT with wordpress it does not take my passwords nor username. I just need help to be able to edit my pages and posts but something is stopping from doing it. I unplugged some pluggins but issue continues. PLEASE HELP

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the Elementor plugin you’re using directly for help with this.

    For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
