I cannot enter my paid plan

I have subscribed to a paid plan for the Jetpack plugin and have not been able to log into my account for about a month and I don’t know the reason.

Hi @infocgarab3f209f5c8c, you’ll want to avoid sharing the transaction ID publicly, because it could be used to gain access to your account. I’ve redacted it.
In fact, are you unable to log into WordPress.com or into your wp-admin on the site? If you can’t log into wp-admin, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
