  I cannot export my files – the tool doesn’t work

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I cannot export my files – the tool doesn’t work.
  Please help or we risk to loose all the work done for the truth.

  Are you logged in under the username account that registered the blog and is the owner and Admin of the blog?

  If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

  Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  If you are, please do these four things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  If you are not successful let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.

  Yes, I am the Admin of the blog and I use Mozilla Firefox as browser

  No way.
  I have tried all the options you’ve suggested to me, but I still cannot export my blog files and posts.
  The answer I receive is:

  “Firefox can’t find the file at https://syrianfreepress.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File.”

  What can I do more?
  Thanks: I think is a wordpress/software problem, but I don’t know where to ask for tecnical support

  Go to https://syrianfreepress.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?type=export and try to export the Feedbacks, Pages, and Posts separately. You can export posts in portions, simply select ‘Posts’ and the option to export them per month, or per couple of months.
