I cannot find a payment option for domain mapping renewal
-
Myself and a colleague have both failed to find a way to actually pay the $13 we need to so that http://www.sera.org.uk is renewed as a domain for serauk.wordpress.com. How can we do so? Going to store / domains / domain management or My Upgrades gives no button to choose to renew and pay for it. We have been following the email reminders for several weeks and decided to wait for expiration to see if that would trigger something but to no avail.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade look here Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
-
You can also use the domain helper found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/ to determine the status of the domain and how to proceed.
Note: I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

Just to be clear, the domain sera.org.uk is registered through Webfusion Ltd. To renew the domain you need to pay them. The $13 is for the domain mapping to your blog only.
My guess as to why you can’t see the renew option is that you are not logged in as the user who originally purchased the mapping.

Is there another account that might have been used to purchase the upgrade?
What do you see in
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History
PS – upgrades that are on Auto Renew renew about 30 days before expiration in case there is a problem like this – you still get the full year of service but there is a 30 day period to address any problems that might occure

Thanks. My colleague set up the site so I am definitely not using the same account. Billing history is completely empty. I’ll see if if I can get her to check again.
