I cannot find categories

  My Site → Settings → Writing → Categories = doesn’t exist in multiple view formats on app or website

  You’ll find them under the Posts section actually, specifically https://wordpress.com/settings/taxonomies/category/cosmosaic.wordpress.com

  I don’t suppose you know how I can change the old description that appears when I click the menu too?

  I’m not sure I understand. I visited the menu at cosmosaic.wordpress.com, or tried to, there wasn’t really a menu on this site.

  Are you referring to a site under a different login? What is the URL so we can look it up in our system? Where can we see the menu item with the description you are trying to change, and what does the description say currently so we are sure to spot it when we take a look?

  Hit the three lines on the top right and it brings up the menu. I don’t have any pages yet because I deleted them all to start over. At the top of the menu is my pic and a description I cannot find anywhere to edit.
